史氏鲟鱼苗幼体从破膜到开口阶段体质最弱,游动能力差,处于体型和行为变化最大的时期。此阶段幼体卵黄囊逐渐消耗,各器官不断发育,行为上也依次经历不同的阶段,是其一生中生理上最脆弱的阶段。一旦水域环境发生变化或遇到各种不利的客观因素,就会造成鱼苗大量死亡。为摸清幼体在此阶段生理上和生态上的特点,达到通过人工管理.创造出鱼苗生长发育的最适环境,使鱼苗能够顺利吸取卵黄以过渡到开口期的目的,笔者和水库渔业研究所有关人员合作,进行了大量试验,现将试验情况报告如下。
