1975年,邓小平以高超的政治智慧与领导艺术推行全面整顿,为动乱中的国家带来了一线曙光。他从战略高度出发,将经济建设摆在整顿全局的首要位置,抓住关键的铁路系统雷厉风行地推进整顿,带动经济整顿和其他各领域的全面整顿。在此过程中,他坚持实事求是的理论品质,以一往无前的政治勇气与极左势力作斗争,领导党和人民排除干扰,艰难但坚定地开展整顿工作,取得了明显成效,为后来的拨乱反正、改革开放奠定了坚实的基础。
