建立了HPLC法测定(R)-卤芬酯中S-型对映体。采用Chiralpak AD-H手性色谱柱,以正己烷-异丙醇(90∶10)为流动相,检测波长224 nm。(R)-和(S)-卤芬酯均在1～200μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为100.1%和99.7%,RSD为1.35%和1.47%。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of S-enantiomers in (R) -halogen esters. The Chiralpak AD-H chiral column was used with n-hexane-isopropanol (90:10) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 224 nm. The linear relationship between (R) - and (S) - halofenate in the concentration range of 1 ~ 200μg / ml was good. The recoveries were 100.1% and 99.7% with RSDs of 1.35% and 1.47%.
