学校的课外文娱活动是学校严格实施教学计划的教学内容之一。如何组织开展好课外文娱活动,对全面提高学生的素质、增进学生的身心健康、促进学校的艺术教育都有着深远的意义。应该说,它也是学校艺术教育的一个组成部分。因此,音乐教师不仅有责任安排好学校的课外文娱活动表(每周各年级一节),还要指导开展好各种文娱活动,使学生乐意参加活动,从中提高兴趣和活动的质量。那么,如何组织开展好学校的课外文娱活动呢?现将笔者的粗浅体会和做法介绍如下: 一、班级与学校相结合 在学校里,学校是大集体,班级是小集体。学校要开展什么活动,都是由班级去组织完成的。因此,我们在制订活动表,安排活动内容时,应考虑到学校本学期的主要活动安排,尽可能结合学校活动去实施活动内容。例如在“五歌”活动中,学校要求每个学生唱会《国
