随着上海二期课改的全面实施,提高教师实施新课程的能力与水平成为当务之急。校本研修的兴起为学校提高教师专业能力指出了一个方向。各区县、学校也正如火如荼地开展着这方面的工作。本刊特别从讲座中节选了青浦区实施校本研修的方法和静安区总结出的校本研修的基本环节进行介绍,供参考。
With the full implementation of the second-phase curriculum reform in Shanghai, it has become imperative for teachers to improve their ability and level of implementation of new courses. The rise of school-based research points out a direction for the school to increase the professionalism of teachers. All districts and counties and schools are also carrying out this work in full swing. In particular, the journal selected the method of school-based training in Qingpu District and the basic aspects of the school-based study that were summarized in Jing’an District for reference.
