所谓的合作就是人们在寻求目标时互相切磋、互相协调和共同分享,并参与决策,它要求合作的每一个人都要有贡献,彼此在合作中共同成长。新课程的实施使语文教学方式、学生的学习方式、语文的评价方式都发生了变革,教师的合作意识不仅变成了可能和现实,而且是一种工作的必然。本文将从课程开发、课堂构建、语文评价、语文教师专业成长四个方面来阐述语文教师的合作需求。
The so-called cooperation is that people seek each other in the pursuit of the goal of mutual learning, coordination and sharing, and participate in decision-making, it requires that everyone should make contributions to each other and work together to grow together. The implementation of the new curriculum has changed the teaching methods of Chinese, students ’learning methods and language evaluation methods. Teachers’ sense of cooperation has not only become possible and realistic but also inevitable. This article will explain the cooperation needs of language teachers from four aspects: curriculum development, classroom construction, language evaluation, and the growth of Chinese teachers.
