(一)概况 贵铝三期电解铝工程是我国“七五”重点建设项目,由中国有色金属工业总公司和贵州省人民政府总投资人民币8亿元兴建。1987年10月25日,经国家计委批准开工,1992年4月21日,首批52台电解槽通电投产,1993年7月31日,第二批52台电解槽又通电投产,目前,生产槽已达104台,为总设计槽量的50％。1993年,完成工业总产值2.26亿元,为贵铝总产值的19.
