目的采用HPLC法研究卡维地洛的有关物质。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.02 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调pH3.5)(35∶65),检测波长241 nm。结果卡维地洛最低检测限为0.52 ng。结论各有关物质的峰与卡维地洛的均能达到有效分离,方法简便、稳定、专属性强,可以有效地控制卡维地洛的有关物质。
Objective To study the related substances of carvedilol by HPLC. Methods The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted to pH3.5 with phosphoric acid) (35:65) on a C18 column with a detection wavelength of 241 nm. Results The detection limit of carvedilol was 0.52 ng. Conclusion The peaks of all related substances can be effectively separated from carvedilol. The method is simple, stable and specific, and can effectively control the related substances of carvedilol.
