“Justice must not only be achieved, but it should be realized in a way that people can see.” This sentence shows the importance of being open and transparent in the administration of justice. Beijing Higher People’s Court (referred to as Beijing High Court) opened the country’s first trial live broadcast website - Beijing Court Broadcast Network in accordance with the Supreme People’s Court’s request for judicial publicity.
