修理千分尺的两测量面时,可采用活动测杆和固定测砧分开研磨的方法。方法是:将需要修理的活动测杆装入一只0～25mm的千分尺架中,用一般研磨方法进行研磨。研磨时,需保证测量面与测杆轴线垂直。活动测杆修好后,装在待修的千分尺上。研磨时,研磨器与千分尺活动测杆测量面相接触的一面,不涂研磨剂,仅加少许表油或润滑油;另一面涂上研磨剂,以活动测杆的测量面
