羽扁豆醇(lupeol)是一种广泛存在于天然植物中的三萜类化合物,具有较强的抗肿瘤活性。其抗肿瘤机制主要涉及诱发肿瘤细胞凋亡,阻断肿瘤细胞的信号传导通路,抗诱变及抑制血管生成。本文将主要从lupeol的抗肿瘤活性及机制方面的研究进展作一综述。
Lupeol is a triterpenoid widely found in natural plants and has strong anti-tumor activity. Its antitumor mechanism mainly involves inducing apoptosis of tumor cells, blocking the signal transduction pathways of tumor cells, anti-mutagenesis and inhibiting angiogenesis. This article will mainly review the research progress of anti-tumor activity and mechanism of lupeol.
