本文分四个部份。第一部份试图扼要说明教学大纲制定中以往的实践和目前关注的问题。第二部份试图分析教学大纲制定者必须关注的一些问题。第三部份介绍调查Lothian区中等学校头两年学生的交际需要的结果。第四部份试图划清三种大纲之间的界线:诸如可能由考试委员会或地方教育当局或地区制定的《供外界检查用的大纲》、《学校用的教授大纲》以及用学生容易理解的词语来叙述的《学生学习大纲》。
This article is divided into four parts. The first part attempts to outline briefly the past practice of the teaching syllabus and the current concerns. The second part attempts to analyze some issues that scholarly programmers must pay attention to. The third section presents the findings of a survey of students’ communicative needs in the first two years of secondary school in Lothian District. The fourth section attempts to draw a clear line between the three types of programs: such as “outline for outside exams” that may be developed by examination boards or local educational authorities or districts, “syllabus for schools” and easy-to-understand Words to describe the “student learning outline.”
