清晨有一个缺血性卒中的高发期,据称其部分是因此期纤溶酶活性降低,血小板的聚集性及血管张力增加所致。本文采用过度通气和吸入6%CO_2的方法,分别测定了20例健康人晨起6~8:00,下午1~3:00和7~9:00的反应性。20例中男女各10例,均无卒中、T1A、心、脑血管功能失调、高血压病、糖尿病、吸烟及服药史。采用ZHZ脉冲Doppler分别测定大脑中动脉在不同的CO_2浓度下之血流速度(MCA—BFV),所得参数分别进行了相应地统计学处理。 20例受试者的平均年龄为31.4±6.9岁。其在高碳酸血和低碳酸血之前三个时相之基础MCA—BFV相同,但在三个时相内各基础血流速度值之间
Early in the morning there is a high incidence of ischemic stroke, which is said to be partly due to a decrease in plasmin activity, platelet aggregation and increased vascular tone. In this paper, hyperventilation and inhalation of 6% CO 2 were used to measure the reactivity of 20 healthy subjects from morning to morning at 6:00 to 8:00 and from 1:00 to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 to 9:00 PM respectively. There were 10 males and 10 females in 20 cases, all without stroke, T1A, heart and cerebrovascular dysfunction, hypertension, diabetes, smoking and medication history. ZHZ pulse Doppler was used to measure the blood flow velocity (MCA-BFV) of middle cerebral artery under different CO 2 concentrations respectively. The parameters obtained were respectively treated statistically. The average age of 20 subjects was 31.4 ± 6.9 years. Its basal MCA-BFV was the same in the three phases before hypercapnia and hypocapnia, but between the basal blood flow velocity values in three phases
