目的 :探讨变应性鼻炎豚鼠不同病程中鼻粘膜组胺含量对血流量的影响。 方法 :6 0只豚鼠随机分成正常组和致敏组 (n=30 ) ,分别检测致敏后激发前和激发后即刻 ,2 4,48,72 h豚鼠鼻粘膜中的组胺含量 ,每组动物处死前均用激光多谱勒探测仪测定其鼻粘膜血流量 ,用直线相关与回归分析比较不同时相点豚鼠鼻粘膜中的组胺含量与鼻粘膜血流量的关系。 结果 :致敏原激发前致敏组动物鼻粘膜中组胺含量和鼻粘膜血流量均明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;致敏原激发即刻迅速下降至低于正常对照组 ,以后呈逐渐回升趋势 ,72 h后基本接近于激发前水平。致敏组动物鼻粘膜中组胺含量和鼻粘膜血流量呈正相关 ,相关性非常显著 (P<0 .0 0 1,r=0 .96 7)。 结论 :变应性鼻炎时组胺对鼻粘膜血流量有正相调节作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of nasal mucosa histamine on blood flow in allergic rhinitis guinea pigs in different course. Methods: Sixty guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal group and sensitized group (n = 30). Histamine levels in nasal mucosa of guinea pigs before and after sensitization were detected respectively at 2, 44, The nasal mucosal blood flow was measured by laser Doppler detector before the animals were sacrificed. The correlation between histamine content and nasal mucosal blood flow in the nasal mucosa of guinea pigs at different time points was analyzed by linear correlation and regression analysis. Results: The histamine content and nasal mucosal blood flow in the nasal mucosa of the sensitized group before sensitization were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). The allergen excitation immediately and rapidly decreased to lower than that of the normal control Group, after a gradual upward trend, 72 h after the basic level close to the pre-excitation. There was a positive correlation between histamine content in nasal mucosa and nasal mucosal blood flow in sensitized animals, and the correlation was very significant (P <0.01, r = 0.96 7). Conclusion: Histamine has a positive effect on nasal mucosal blood flow in allergic rhinitis
