作为学生课外活动的主要场地,学校的图书馆在日常学生学习知识中发挥很大的作用,图书馆对于启发学生的学习兴趣有着不可代替的作用,还能培养学生良好的阅读习惯。所以需要我们的管理人员应该深刻的认识到图书馆能够在学生素质教育方面有着重要的作用。可是由于社会上种种原因,造成学生们的课外学习任务非常大,使图书馆的作用得不到很好的发展,根本满足不了学生们对阅读图书的愿望。加强图书馆管理,是目前学校教育教学管理重要的任务之一。
As the main venue for students’ extra-curricular activities, the school’s library plays a very important role in daily learning of students. The library plays an irreplaceable role in enlightening students’ interest in learning and can also cultivate students’ good reading habits. Therefore, our managers should deeply understand that libraries can play an important role in the quality education of students. However, due to various reasons in society, students ’extra-curricular tasks are so great that the role of libraries can not be well developed and the students’ desire to read books can not be met at all. Strengthening library management is one of the important tasks of school education and teaching management.
