在局部解剖教学的100例尸解中,发现约15岁女尸的左正中神经形成和走行发生变异。正中神经由内侧束发出的内侧根(粗约1.2mm)和外侧束发出的三个支组成;在左侧腋动脉第三段处内侧根和第1支会合;在第1支远侧15mm处第2支(0.5mm)加入后形成正中神经主干(粗3mm);在第2支起点远侧4cm处发出第3支(粗2mm)。此支和肌皮神经分开后沿肱动脉外侧走行,在旋前圆肌上缘处汇入主干。正中神经主干先位于肱动脉外侧,在下降途中经肱动脉前面逐渐转至其内侧。
Local anatomy teaching in 100 cases of autopsy found that about 15-year-old female corpse of the left median nerve formation and walking variation. The median nerve is composed of the medial root (about 1.2 mm in diameter) from the medial bundle and the three branches from the lateral bundle. The medial root meets the first branch in the third segment of the left axillary artery. At the distal 15 mm of the first branch The second branch (0.5mm) after the formation of the main trunk of the median nerve (3mm thick); in the first two points 4cm distal issued the first three (2mm thick). This branch and the musculocutaneous nerve along the lateral brachial artery after the line, in the pre-pronated circular muscle into the trunk at the edge. The median nerve trunk is located outside the brachial artery, on the way down in front of the brachial artery gradually transferred to its medial.
