节流调速系统的常用方案有进油路节流调速,回油路节流调速,旁油路节流调速三种类型,其调速特性和优缺点已有不少资料介绍过。这里介绍另一种方案,即进出口同时节流调速。此方案具有较明显的优点,适于镗床进给、平面磨床往复运动等液压传动系统中使用。本文根据各类型的节流调速系统的静特性方程来分析各种系统的优缺点,并说明各该系统的参数选择及选用场合的原则,供读者参考。
