在第37个地球日即将来临之际,本刊记者走访了四川省国土资源厅地质灾害研究会会长、四川省饮用天然矿泉水资源利用与保护协会秘书长、教授级高工葛文彬。葛文彬教授长期从事水、工、环地质技术工作和地质环境监督管理工作,对地质环境有着十分独到的见解,被同行誉为西部地环管理行家。在此次访谈中,葛文彬教授从多个角度出发,对地质环境问题进行了解答。
On the eve of the 37th Earth Day, our correspondents visited the president of the Sichuan Institute of Geological Disaster Research of the Ministry of Land and Resources and the secretary-general of the Sichuan Provincial Association for Drinking Natural Mineral Resources Utilization and Protection, and Professor Ge Wenbin, a professor-level senior engineer. Professor Ge Wenbin has long been engaged in water, engineering and geotechnical geological work and geo-environmental supervision and management work. He has a very unique insight into the geological environment and has been hailed as a member of the western ring geomanagement by his counterparts. In this interview, Professor Ge Wenbin from a number of perspectives on the geological environment questions were answered.
