胜利油田是技术密集型企业,人力资源素质的高低,关系到企业的兴衰成败。人力资源是企业的第一资源,也是推动企业经济增长的关键要素,是企业的核心资本.本文结合胜利油田人力资源实际情况,分析人力资源优化的内涵,对企业战略理论、人力资源管理理论以及战略性人力资源管理理论进行了论述,提出了企业优化人力资源的途径。
