针对Ti2AlNb/TC4异种钛合金利用激光焊接焊缝容易产生气孔的问题,提出了采用激光光束偏移来焊接Ti-22Al-27Nb与Ti-6Al-4V异种材料的方法。试验结果表明,光束偏向Ti-22Al-27Nb侧时能够有效抑制焊缝中气孔缺陷产生;光束居中及偏向Ti-22Al-27Nb一侧焊接时,焊缝相组成为B2相,光束偏向Ti-6Al-4V一侧进行焊接时,焊缝相组成为B2+α′相;Ti-22Al-27Nb侧热影响区为单一的B2相,Ti-6Al-4V侧热影响区为针状α′相和原始α相。由于激光光束偏向Ti-6Al-4V一侧时焊缝中针状α′相的第二相强化作用,使其抗拉强度及塑性高于光束居中和偏向Ti-22Al-27Nb一侧时的性能。
Aiming at the problem that Ti2AlNb / TC4 heterostructured titanium alloy is easy to produce pores by laser welding, a method of welding Ti-22Al-27Nb and Ti-6Al-4V dissimilar materials by laser beam migration is proposed. The results show that when the beam is biased towards the Ti-22Al-27Nb side, the defects in the weld can be effectively suppressed. When the beam is centered and the Ti-22Al-27Nb side is welded, the weld phase is composed of the B2 phase and the beam is inclined to Ti-6Al -4V side of the weld phase, the weld phase composition B2 + α ’phase; Ti-22Al-27Nb heat affected zone is a single phase B2, Ti-6Al-4V heat affected zone acicular α’ phase and The original alpha phase. The tensile strength and plasticity of the second phase of the acicular α ’phase in the weld due to the bias of the laser beam toward the Ti-6Al-4V side is higher than that of the beam centered and deflected toward the Ti-22Al-27Nb side .
