王健,中共党员,山东丰源远航煤业有限公司北徐楼煤矿掘一工区区长,十几年扎根煤矿掘进生产一线,由于管理出色、贡献突出,多次荣获枣庄市、峄城区劳动模范、优秀青年、优秀共产党员等荣誉,被誉为“传奇区长”。1998年,19岁的王健从学校毕业后来到山东丰源远航煤业有限公司北徐楼煤矿,当了一名煤矿工人。王健从一名掘进工做起,先后掌握了打钻、爆破、喷浆、开绞车等技能,可谓十八般武艺样样精通。由于技术过硬,安全素质高,王健很快被提拔为班长、队长、安全副区长。2005年,年仅26岁的王健被提拔为工区
