目的 :观察高血糖对糖尿病大鼠视网膜凋亡抑制基因bcl- 2蛋白表达的影响。方法 :将 60只大鼠分为对照组和观察组 5 0只。观察组用STZ造模。 9个月时将大鼠处死 ,用免疫组织化学法观察两组大鼠视网膜组织中凋亡抑制基因bcl- 2蛋白表达。结果 :观察组大鼠视网膜内层及血管壁bcl - 2蛋白表达显著降低 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :高血糖可使糖尿病大鼠视网膜凋亡抑制基因bcl- 2蛋白表达降低
Objective: To observe the effect of hyperglycemia on the protein expression of apoptosis-inhibiting gene bcl-2 in diabetic rats. Methods: 60 rats were divided into control group and observation group. Observation group with STZ modeling. Rats were sacrificed at 9 months. The expression of bcl-2 protein in the retina of the two groups was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of bcl - 2 protein in the inner retina and the vascular wall in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Hyperglycemia can reduce the expression of bcl-2 protein of retinal apoptosis inhibitor in diabetic rats
