应用 P~(53)及 rasP~(21)癌基因蛋白单克隆抗体,以免疫组织化学方法检测了12例卵巢癌组织切片中 P~(53)及 rasP~(21)癌基因蛋白产物表达状况。结果:8例卵巢癌组织切片中均有不同程度癌基因蛋白产物过量表达。提示 P~(53)及 rasP~(21)基因点突变或扩增、重组现象在卵巢癌发生中有一定作用,有可能成为卵巢癌病因的一个重要原因。亦为将来卵巢癌基因治疗提供新的线索和依据。
The expression of P53 and rasP21 oncogene protein in 12 cases of ovarian cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry with monoclonal antibodies against P53 and rasP21. . Results: The overexpression of oncogene protein products in 8 cases of ovarian cancer tissue sections all had different degrees. These results suggest that the mutations of P53 and rasP21 gene may be mutated or amplified. The recombination may play a role in the development of ovarian cancer and may be an important cause of ovarian cancer. It also provides new clues and basis for future ovarian cancer gene therapy.
