现代教学工程是利用现代教育学、心理学科学的研究成果和当代科技成果,系统地、综合地进行教学的整体改革,在教学的各个方面寻求最优化,以取得最好的整体教学效果。这就是说,教学工作是一项很复杂的系统工程,不仅有教学方法问题,而且有教学思想、教学内容、教学方式、教学手段、课外活动、成绩评估等等问题。对所有这些问题必须统盘考虑,整体设计,逐步实施。那么,一个好的教学工程应如何设计呢?根据我市85年以来进行观代教学工程实验的实践,初步确定以下诸原则: 一、树立把大多数学生培养成未来社会所需人才的教育思想 在新的历史阶段,邓小平同志提出了:教育要面向世界,面向未来,面向四个现代化。普通教育是提高全民族素质的关键,是培养各级各
Modern teaching engineering is the use of modern pedagogy, psychological science research results and contemporary scientific and technological achievements, systematic and comprehensive teaching reform, seeking optimization in all aspects of teaching in order to achieve the best overall teaching results. This means that the teaching work is a very complex systematic project, not only teaching methods, but also teaching thinking, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching methods, extracurricular activities, performance assessment and so on. All these issues must be considered in an integrated manner, and the overall design is gradually implemented. Then, how should a good teaching project be designed? Based on the practice of the project of engineering observation and teaching in the city over the past 85 years, the following principles have been preliminarily determined: 1.
