本文在分析对比性试验的基础上指出:对低合金渗碳钢而言,渗碳后的较好热处理工艺是较高温度的一次淬火(试验温度为840℃),而不是高、低温的二次淬火。从而对低合金渗碳钢渗碳后,采用二次淬火法提出异议。本文还指出,由于零件尺寸、形状以及渗碳层情况和服役条件的不同,一次淬火温度的选取不应完全一致,而应进行统盘地考虑,即在提高心部和过渡区性能的同时还应考虑整个渗碳件的性能,不应使表面硬度和强度有明显的下降。
