导柱作为机床零件中的传动、定位及导向部件,广泛应用于机床工具(如数控机床、油压机、自动气割机等)、计测控制装置(如投影仪、自动开关门等)、输送机械(如自动线输送装置、加速度计等)、纺织及塑料加工机械(如自动卷纱机、注塑机等)。其在工作时作往复式运动,承受一定的拉(压)交变循环应力和摩擦力,要求其具备较高硬度、耐磨性,较好的韧性和刚度。因此一般采用中碳结构钢(如55钢)或合金工具钢(如GCr15钢、9Mn2V钢)调质后感应淬火制造。本文结合注塑机用导柱介绍其热处理过程。
