通过对8个不同来源的爆裂型玉米的果皮破损、爆裂、解剖等试验证明,爆裂型玉米爆裂品质差异主要是由于籽粒结构差异.粉质胚乳大小及百粒重的比值所构成.分析表明:果皮厚度、粉质胚乳大小的绝对值与爆裂品质无关;爆裂品质与爆裂时间、籽粒百粒重存在极显著负相关;膨胀倍数与爆花率有极显著正相关.由于粉质胚乳和角质胚乳的相对位置不同,可分成四种不同的籽粒结构类型.
Experiments on the peel damage, burst, and dissection of popcorn from 8 different sources showed that the difference in burst quality of popcorn was mainly due to the differences in grain structure. Silty endosperm size and the ratio of the weight of 100 formed. The results showed that the absolute value of pericarp thickness and silty endosperm size had no relation with the burst quality. There was a significant negative correlation between the burst quality and the burst time and the kernel weight. There was a significant positive correlation between the expansion ratio and the burst rate. Due to the relative positions of silty endosperm and keratinous endosperm, there are four different types of grain structure.
