氟康唑与环孢菌素的相互作用尚无报道。本文报告1例肾移植患者,应用氟康唑与环孢菌素迅速出现肾损害。患者男,54岁。患有左股部和腿部的皮肤及皮下组织新型隐球菌感染。曾有 Kaposi 肉瘤、胰岛素依赖性糖尿病以及多囊肾病史,HIV 阴性。由于迅速出现尿毒症性周围神经病,于2年前曾进行紧急的完全不相匹配的尸体肾移植。移植后神经病减轻,但发生数次排斥反应,均需用环孢菌素和强的松加以控制。
Fluconazole and cyclosporin interaction has not been reported. This article reports a case of renal transplant patients, the application of fluconazole and cyclosporin rapid renal damage. Male patient, 54 years old. The skin and subcutaneous tissue of the left thigh and leg have Cryptococcus neoformans infection. Kaposi’s sarcoma had, insulin-dependent diabetes and polycystic kidney disease history, HIV-negative. Due to the rapid onset of uremic peripheral neuropathy, an emergency, totally unmatched cadaver kidney transplant was performed 2 years ago. Neuropathy after transplantation to reduce, but several rejection occurred, require cyclosporine and prednisone to be controlled.
