To study the prevalence and proportion of Streptococcus faecalis in infants before and after sprouting, the authors collected 60 oral swabs from 18 healthy infants (male 7, female 11) from January to September of age and 34 adorable Tooth group 26. The average age of pre-tooth infants was 3.2 ± 1.8 months and the average post-adorable baby was 9.2 ± 2.8 months. Specimens were collected 2h after feeding, and specimens were collected from buccal mucosa and alveolar crest in pre-tooth pre-tooth group. The sample has been taken head folded into the tube containing 2mlVMG Ⅱ transfer fluid, dispersed in a vortex mixer for 10s, 0.1ml specimens taken with 1/4 concentration of Ringer's solution 10 consecutive times the dilute
