2015年,中国中共文献研究会下设的毛泽东思想生平研究会、周恩来思想生平研究会、刘少奇思想生平研究会、朱德思想生平研究会、任弼时研究中心、邓小平思想生平研究会、陈云思想生平研究会,分别围绕毛泽东与抗日战争、周恩来与中国力量、刘少奇与中共七大、朱德与抗日战争、任弼时与中央苏区、邓小平现代化发展战略思想与“四个全面”战略布局、学习和弘扬陈云的革命精神和思想方法等主题,召开学术研讨会或座谈会,深化了对党的领袖人物思想和生平有关问题的研究。
