政府采购制度改革正处于由初创阶段向全面发展阶段转变的时期,要充分认识改革任务的艰巨性、长期性和复杂性,以崭新的精神面貌和求真务实的态度应对新一轮的挑战与发展。这就要求我们必须要认清形势、把握机遇、明确任务,为此,笔者对一些大家比较关注的问题谈一谈个人的认识,进一步推动政府采购工作的深入开展。 The reform of the government procurement system is in a period of transition from the initial stage to the all-round development stage.
