目的研究雪里见球茎的化学成分。方法运用多种色谱技术分离雪里见球茎中化学成分,采用波谱技术和理化性质确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1),β-胡萝卜苷(2),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(3),新橄榄脂素(4),oldhamactam(5),O-ethyllycorenine(6),α-细辛醚(7),(R)-bgugaine(8),5,7,4’-三羟基-3’-甲氧基黄酮(9),芹菜素-6-C-半乳糖-8-C-阿拉伯糖苷(10),异夏佛托苷(11)和尿苷(12)。结论化合物5、6为首次从该属植物中得到,化合物3、4、7、10、11和12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical composition of Bulbus Methods A variety of chromatographic techniques were used to separate the chemical constituents from the bulb, and the structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic techniques and physico-chemical properties. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (1), β-daucosterol (2), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (3) 4), oldhamactam (5), O-ethyllycorenine (6), α-asarone (7), (R) -buguine (8), 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-3’-methoxyflavone (9), apigenin-6-C-galactose-8-C-arabinoside (10), isoxantho glycoside (11) and uridine (12). Conclusions Compounds 5 and 6 were obtained from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3, 4, 7, 10, 11 and 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
