CT诊断质量取决于CT扫描工作的质量。而CT扫描工作的质量与准确的CT扫描设计和CT工作流程质量控制息息相关。工作流程的质量控制应包括:病人呼吸的训练,窗口技术的合理应用,CT的准确标记,病灶大小和CT值的测量,胶片的冲洗打印。另外临床医师、影像医师与CT技师的协调也相当重要,只有这样按CT标准规范自己的行为,按既定CT设计要求,实施准确的CT扫描,扫描出高质量的、能充分反映出人体病理状态下的CT征象,从而提高CT诊断质量。
The quality of CT diagnosis depends on the quality of CT scan work. The quality of CT scanning is closely related to accurate CT scan design and quality control of CT workflows. Workflow quality control should include: training of patient breathing, rational use of window technology, accurate marking of CT, measurement of lesion size and CT value, and printing of film. In addition, the coordination between clinicians, imaging physicians and CT technicians is also very important.
