目的用TOPSIS法对医院运行管理质量做出客观准确评价,为医院管理部门制定决策提供依据。方法应用TOPSIS法从资源配置、工作负荷、治疗质量、工作效率四个方面对医院2008年-2011年运行管理质量进行综合评价和分析。结果评价结果与医院实际情况相符,即2011年最佳,2008年最差。结论 TOPSIS法计算简便、应用灵活,具有实用性,适宜在医院运行管理质量评价中推广。
Objective To use TOPSIS method to make an objective and accurate evaluation on the quality of hospital operation and management, and to provide a basis for the hospital management department to make decisions. Methods The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate and analyze the operation and management quality of the hospital from 2008 to 2011 from four aspects of resource allocation, workload, quality of treatment and work efficiency. Results The evaluation results are in line with the actual situation in the hospital, ie the best in 2011 and the worst in 2008. Conclusions The TOPSIS method is simple, flexible and practical. It is suitable for promotion in the quality evaluation of hospital operation and management.
