移民迁建后的长治久安问题,始终是困扰古今中外大型水利工程建设的一个重大的难题。而今,三峡库区百万大移民已接近尾声,移民稳定问题日渐重要,已成为迫切需要解决的首要问题。市委二届九次全委会及时出台了《中共重庆市委关于加快库区产业发展,着力解决移民就业,促进库区繁荣稳定的决定》,市人大常委会通过了相应的《决议》,为继续支持、发展库区打下了扎实基础,移民“搬得出、稳得住、逐步能致富”的目标正在实现。
The long-term peace and stability after the relocation of migrants has always been a major problem that plagues the construction of large-scale water conservancy projects both at home and abroad. Nowadays, the migration of millions of emigrants in the reservoir area of the Three Gorges area is drawing to a close. The issue of the stability of immigrants is becoming more and more important and has become the most important issue urgently needed to be solved. The 9th CPC Committee of the Second Municipal Committee of the CPC promulgated the “Decision of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee on Accelerating Industrial Development in the Reservoir Area, Striving to Solve the Migration Employment and Promoting the Prosperity and Stability of the Reservoir Area”. The Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee passed the corresponding “Resolutions” Support and development of the reservoir area has laid a solid foundation for immigrants “move out, stable and gradually get rich” goal is being realized.
