我厂革新成功磨料摇板检查筛机,为统一制造检查筛机,稳定产品质量打下了基础。通过半年使用它具有: (1)筛分效率高。一般可提高20％～37.5％。 (2)性能稳定,不同次的检查误差小,不超过1％,保证了产品质量,提高了合格率。 (3)结构紧凑,紧固耐用,检修方便,能适应大批生产的检查,不影响生产。 (4)该机不加油,清洁卫生、操作方便,噪音小,给文明生产创造良好条件。
Our factory successfully innovated the abrasive rocking board screening machine, and laid the foundation for the uniform manufacturing inspection screening machine and the stabilization of product quality. By using it for half a year it has: (1) High screening efficiency. Generally can increase 20% to 37.5%. (2) The performance is stable, the inspection error of different times is small, not more than 1%, which ensures the product quality and improves the qualification rate.
