目的比较基础促卵泡生成素(FSH)、抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)、年龄和窦卵泡数(AFC)预测体外受精超排卵中卵巢反应的价值。方法选取2012年12月-2015年3月在嘉兴市妇幼保健院首次行体外受精/单精子胞浆内注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)治疗周期的患者1 006例,于促排卵前一次月经周期测定月经第3天血清FSH、AMH水平,B超测定当日卵泡内窦卵泡数,比较四者与获卵数的相关性差异。结果 AMH和AFC与获卵数呈正相关,相关系数(r)分别为0.422和0.74,FSH和年龄与获卵数呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.339和-0.31,均P<0.001。按︳r|值行相关性排序,年龄、FSH、AMH、AFC与获卵数相关性递增。AMH、AFC、FSH、年龄的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.908、0.829、0.765、0.573。结论年龄、FSH、AMH、AFC均可以预测卵巢反应性,AFC、AMH能更好的预测卵巢的反应性。
Objective To compare the value of basal follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), anti-mullerian hormone (AMH), age and the number of antral follicles (AFC) in predicting the ovarian response in IVF. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with in vitro fertilization / intracytoplasmic sperm injection / embryo transfer (IVF / ICSI-ET) cycle were selected from December 2012 to March 2015 in Jiaxing MCH. Before ovulation induction A menstrual cycle was measured on the 3rd menstruation serum FSH, AMH levels, B-day follicular intraocular antral follicle number was measured, the four were compared with the number of oocytes retrieved. Results AMH and AFC were positively correlated with the number of oocytes retrieved. The correlation coefficients (r) were 0.422 and 0.74 respectively. There was a negative correlation between FSH and age and the number of oocytes retrieved. The correlation coefficients were -0.339 and -0.31, respectively, P <0.001. By _r | value row correlation sort, age, FSH, AMH, AFC and the number of oocytes increased. The area under the ROC curve of AMH, AFC, FSH and age were 0.908, 0.829, 0.765 and 0.573, respectively. Conclusion Age, FSH, AMH, AFC can predict ovarian response, AFC, AMH can better predict ovarian reactivity.
