目的:观察疏肝消脂方对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠血脂指标的作用。方法:取Wistar雄性大鼠60只,随机分成正常组、高脂模型组、非诺贝特组(0.1 g·kg-1·d-1)、疏肝消脂方高、中、低剂量组(高、中、低剂量分别为成人等效剂量的1倍,2倍,4倍)。除正常组外,其余各组均予高脂饲料复制非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠模型,造模同时给予各组相应药物,其中正常组、高脂模型组给予蒸馏水,连续8周后,测定各组大鼠血清血脂指标胆固醇(cholesterol,TC),甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG),游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA),肝功能指标丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine transaminase,ALT),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspertate aminotransferase,AST),血液流变学指标。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血液中TG,TC,FFA明显升高(P<0.05),全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度及红细胞聚集指数明显升高(P<0.05),ALT,AST含量明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,疏肝消脂方高、中、低剂量组均明显降低大鼠血液中TG,TC,FFA,全血黏度(低切),血浆黏度,红细胞聚集指数,ALT,AST含量(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝消脂方对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠具有降低血脂水平和降酶保肝的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shugan Xiaozhi prescription on blood lipid of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis rats. Methods: Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, high fat model group, fenofibrate group (0.1 g · kg -1 · d -1), Shugan Xiaozhi Fang high, medium and low dose group (High, medium and low doses were adult equivalent dose of 1 times, 2 times, 4 times). Except for the normal group, the other groups were given high-fat diet to replicate non-alcoholic steatohepatitis model rats, and given the corresponding drugs in each group. The normal group and the high-fat model group were given distilled water for 8 weeks. Serum lipid (TC), triglyceride (TG), free fatty acid (FFA), liver function indicators alanine transaminase (ALT), Tianmen Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), hemorheology index. Results: Compared with the normal group, the levels of TG, TC and FFA in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.05), the whole blood viscosity (low cut), plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index were significantly increased (P <0.05) (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the levels of TG, TC, FFA, whole blood viscosity (low-cut) , Plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, ALT, AST content (P <0.01). Conclusion: Shugan Xiaozhi Decoction has the effect of lowering blood lipid and reducing enzyme and protecting liver in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis rats.
