In 1938, under the pretext of “splinter mixing in,” Comintern forced the dissolution of the Polish Communist Party and the killing of most of the party’s leaders. In 1943 Rapp during the Soviet Union, one after another in his notebook wrote some post-war Poland how to rebuild thinking, later known as “political will.” After the death of Lamppe, the manuscript has long been kept in the hands of his wife. In the 1860s, Adam Schaff, the then Central Committee Member of the Polish Unification Workers’ Party, instructed to organize his manuscripts and deposit them with the Central Party Archives. On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of Poland in 1984, the Central Archives of the Polish Workers ’Party decided to publish a batch of historical files of the Polish Workers’ Movement. For the first time, Rapp’s “political will” was officially published and at the same time distributed to Poland The long text of the historian Puszkonsky. The full text of the “Workers’ Movement Archives: Volume 9” published by the Warsaw Book and Knowledge Press in 1984 is now for reference.
