1 前言目前,市场销售的彩色水泥通常都是用白水泥加不同色料配制的,而直接用水泥窑烧出具有预定颜色的彩色熟料经粉磨后制得的彩色水泥(即彩色熟料水泥),则是近年来才出现的新型装饰水泥。后者无论在着色、抗老化、生产成本及其它物理力学性能等方面都具有明显的优越性,但其工艺要求严格,技术难度较大,一般都要求用优质原料和燃料在回转窑中煅烧。由煤科总院重庆分院承担的“利用灰渣用立窑研制彩色熟料水泥”“七五”国家科技攻关课题,用煤矸石配料在实验室中烧制出红、黄、绿、黑等多种色彩鲜艳的彩色熟料,最后在广汉特种建材厂的立窑生产线上完成了工业性试验,并批量生产了色
