如何在运动中掌握好运动适度,使其获得最佳健身效果,是健身活动中人们所关注的问题之一.本文通过对在读大学生适宜运动强度下实际心率的测试,并与当前较为流行的运动心率公式的预算值进行比较,提出了在运动适宜心率预计时应考虑到不同的个体差异性,应允许有一较大的有效心率波动范围的新观点.
