介绍了133.33dtex/80F粘胶细旦丝的开发试验条件,以及成品丝物理机械性能和外观质量。在适当降低常规纺速的工艺条件下,通过设计新型喷丝头,可生产内在质量优于133.33dtex/88F常规粘胶长丝的细旦粘胶长丝。
The development and experimental conditions of 133.33dtex / 80F viscose fine denier yarn are introduced, as well as the physical and mechanical properties and appearance quality of the finished product. By designing a new type of spinneret, the fine denier viscose filament yarn with intrinsic quality better than 133.33dtex / 88F conventional viscose filament yarn can be produced under appropriate reduction of spinning speed.
