为了便于对DC SQUID及其应用电路进行分析,在Wrspice中建立了DC SQUID的电路仿真模型,并与经典文献进行了比对验证.与通过数值方法求解系统微分方程的计算过程相比,本模型更为方便、直观.文章首先简述了DC SQUID磁通检测系统的检测原理,然后在Wrspice中建立了DC SQUID磁通检测系统的磁通锁定环电路模型,进而仿真得到了磁通锁定环积分器输出电压随外加磁通量的响应.本文结果有助于实现DC SQUID电路的系统级仿真,为参数优化提供依据,具有一定的参考价值.
