本文通过对丰乐灌区南干渠洪水流域特征、洪水特点分析,阐述了南干渠防洪存在的问题与隐患,提出了解决防洪安全隐患的主要工程措施建议。
Based on the analysis of the features and floods of the South Main Drainage Channel in Fengle Irrigation District, the problems and hidden dangers in the flood control of the South Main Canal are expounded. The main engineering measures to solve the potential safety hazard of flood control are put forward.
