The consistency of concrete with superplasticizer is significantly improved than that of concrete with ordinary water reducer. Therefore, superplasticizer is rapidly used to prepare high-strength concrete and flowing concrete. Although the consistency of concrete is affected by the ratio of water to cement, the ratio of sand to stone, the amount of superplasticizer, the amount of cement used, and the unit water consumption, the degree of influence has not been extensively studied. Especially for the flow properties of vibrating concrete, it is not very clear. In this paper, the static and dynamic consistency of semi-rigid hard concrete with superplasticizers were studied. The slumps, CF, VB, and VF tests (described on page 59) were based on changing ratios—water-cement ratio 30. ~50%, water reduction
