作者评价了6B和14型肺炎球菌荚膜多糖-破伤风类毒素结合菌苗(PS6BTT和PS14TT)的免疫原性,并对PS6BTT中混有游离荚膜多糖(PS6B)对结合菌苗的免疫抑制进行了研究。研究选用8~12周龄雌性NIH/RIVM小鼠在0、28和56天3次皮下注射0.1μgPS6BTT或PS14TT。在0、14、28、42、56和70天采血,用ELISA法检测抗PS6B和PS14IgG抗体滴度和IgG亲和力。结果表明:PS6BTT和PS14TT两种菌苗都能诱生高滴度的高亲和力的型特异性抗PSIgG抗
The authors evaluated the immunogenicity of the pneumococcal capsular polysaccharide-tetanus toxoid-associated vaccine strains 6B and 14 (PS6BTT and PS14TT), and immunosuppressive effects of PS6BTT mixed with free capsular polysaccharide (PS6B) on the bound vaccine Were studied.
