目的 观察局部注射碳素粒子后在所属区域淋巴系统的动态分布,为恶性肿瘤扩大清扫术提供理论依据。方法 将活性碳粒子悬液注入小鼠足掌皮下,观察注入后不同时间在引流区域各站淋巴黑度变化。结果 在注后10秒第一站淋巴结变黑,在注后一小时各站淋巴结均被染黑出现肿胀。结论 本实验提示碳素粒子可以作为一种标记物以充分显露引流区域的淋巴结。为恶性肿瘤扩大清扫术提供了方便条件。
Objective To observe the dynamic distribution of the lymphatic system in the region after local injection of carbon particles to provide a theoretical basis for the expansion of malignant tumors. Methods The suspension of activated carbon particles was injected into the palmar skin of mice and the change of lymphatic blackness at each station in the drainage area was observed at different times after injection. Results The lymph nodes in the first station darkened 10 seconds after the injection, and lymph nodes in all stations were swollen and swollen one hour after the injection. Conclusion This experiment shows that carbon particles can be used as a marker to fully reveal lymph nodes in the drainage area. Provides convenient conditions for the expansion of malignant tumors.
