蔓荆子为临床常用中药,具有疏散风热,清利头目的作用。用于风热感冒,齿龈肿痛,目赤多泪,目睛不明,头晕目眩等。来源于马鞭草科植物单叶蔓荆Vitem trifotia. L. var. simplicifolia Cham.或蔓荆Vitex trifolia L.的干燥成熟果实。近来,我院在采购本品时,发现有用千金子掺入或冒充蔓荆子进行销售。千金子为大戟科植物续随子Euphorbia lathris L.的干燥成熟种子。具有毒性,逐水消肿,破血消症而用于水肿痰饮,积滞胀满,血瘀经闭等。二者性能功用截然不同,根本不能混用,为保证临床用药安全,现将二者的鉴别分述如下,提供参考。
Vitex negundo is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, which has the effect of evacuating wind and heat and clearing the head. For Fengreganmao, gingival swelling, red eyes, tears, eyes are not clear, dizzy and so on. It is derived from the dried mature fruits of Vimentum trifotia. L. var. simplicifolia Cham. or Vitex trifolia L. of the Verbena family. Recently, when we purchased this product, our hospital found that it was useful to sell or impersonate vitex. Thousands of gold are the dry mature seeds of Euphorbia lathris L. that are accompanied by the Euphorbiaceae plant. It is toxic, water-swelling, and blood-suppressing and is used for edema, phlegm, stagnation, and blood stasis. The performance of the two functions is completely different and cannot be used at all. To ensure the safety of clinical medications, the discrimination between the two is described below and provided for reference.
