随着社会经济的发展,当今已经进入到计算机网络时代,DCS集散控制系统逐渐被广泛应用于各大企业的生产自动化体系构建与改造之中,并发挥着举足轻重的作用。然而,由于DCS集散控制系统的运行是一个比较复杂的过程,实际操作中难免会出现一些故障,因此加强对系统故障原因分析与运行管理,是保障该系统正常运行的关键所在。本文将对DCS集散控制系统出现故障的原因进行深入的分析,并在此基础上提出一些建设性建议,以期为DCS集散控制系统能够更好的服务于我国企业生产管理保驾护航。
With the social and economic development, nowadays has entered the era of computer network, DCS distributed control system is gradually being widely used in the construction and transformation of production automation systems in major enterprises, and plays a decisive role. However, as the operation of DCS is a complicated process, some failures will inevitably occur in the actual operation. Therefore, strengthening the analysis and operation management of system failures is the key to ensure the normal operation of the system. This article will make an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the DCS distributed control system failure, and on this basis put forward some constructive suggestions, with a view to DCS distributed control system can better serve our country’s enterprise production management escort.
