以聚丙烯和碳酸钙的复合体系作为研究对象 ,通过力学性能测试和材料断面的形貌分析 ,讨论了高碳醇磷酸酯偶联剂对复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明磷酸酯偶联剂能有效改善碳酸钙粒子在聚丙烯中的分散情况 ,使复合材料在碳酸钙填充量为 2 0 %~ 30 %时仍保持良好的力学性能。
The composite system of polypropylene and calcium carbonate was taken as the research object. The effects of high-carbon alcohol phosphate ester coupling agent on the properties of the composites were discussed through the mechanical properties test and the morphology analysis of the material cross-section. The experimental results show that the phosphate coupling agent can effectively improve the dispersion of calcium carbonate particles in the polypropylene, the composite material in the calcium carbonate filling 20% to 30% still maintain good mechanical properties.
